Enrolment
When should I apply?
As early as possible, ideally up to six months before your preferred start date, so that we can offer your child a place when you need it.
From what age can my child attend?
Thanks to our qualifications and decades of professional experience, we can also welcome children who are a little younger than one year old.
What does the nursery fee include?

Tartalmazza a továbbá a tisztasági eszközöket (ágynemű, törölköző, zsebkendő, wc-papír, stb), a szülőknek csak a napi pelenkát, popsitörlőt és váltócipőt, váltóruhát kell biztosítani a gyermeknek. A térítési díj az étkezést is tartalmazza.
Should I bring my child to the first visit?
Yes. We would love to meet your child, and seeing how they respond to the nursery can also help you make your decision.
How does settling in work?
We agree the settling-in process with parents and adapt it to each child’s individual needs. It usually takes around one week, but we are flexible, as every child is different.
Does my child have to attend every day?
If you do not need nursery care every weekday, your child can attend part-time. We require a minimum of 12 days per month so that children can settle into the group and benefit from our developmental activities. In the child’s best interests, we are unable to offer attendance below this minimum.
Meals
What should I know about meals?
We provide four meals a day, taking each child’s age into account: breakfast, a mid-morning snack, lunch and an afternoon snack, all freshly prepared on site. Lunch always consists of two courses, giving your child a choice. The current monthly menu is displayed at the nursery.

Can you cater for children with food intolerances, diabetes or other special dietary needs?
Yes. Please discuss your child’s requirements with us in advance.
What if my child needs regular medication?
We make sure that children receive their regular medication.
Will my child become ill more often after starting nursery?
Your child may have a runny nose or cough during or shortly after settling in, while they adjust to the new germs they encounter. The nursery’s experience is that infectious diseases are now uncommon, although children may miss a few days because of upper respiratory illnesses.
Paying Nursery Fees
What do I pay when enrolling? Is there a registration fee?
There is no registration fee. When you complete the enrolment paperwork, the first month’s fee is payable to secure your child’s place. This amount is credited towards the first month once your child starts attending.
When is the monthly fee due?
The fee for the current month is payable by the 5th of that month.
Which payment methods do you accept?
At present, we can only accept cash.
What happens if my child is ill or absent for a longer period?
If your child is absent and you would like us to keep their place, the basic fee remains payable. Meal charges cannot be refunded retrospectively.
Do you offer a sibling discount?
Yes, when siblings attend the nursery at the same time.
